David Fussenegger has had a brilliant past since 1832 and an apparent great future lying ahead. We are in the heart of Europe and produce a wide variety of products to the highest ecological and social standards at our headquarters in Altach, located in the west of Austria.
High quality home textiles from recycled materials
Since 2011, all newly launched products have been made from recycled yarns. Since January 2023, we have gone one step further, so that in the future almost our entire product portfolio will be based on recycled materials. The only exceptions are products made of pure organic cotton or bamboo viscose. High-quality scraps of textiles are collected, sorted by colour and mechanically broken down into fibres. They are then spun into new thread and woven into new fabrics.
OUTDOOR ADVENTURES
This year’s Kids Collection is themed: OUTDOOR ADVENTURES. Lions and princesses dive into a world full of fascinating stories about gigantic dinosaurs, friendly whales, and cuddly polar bears. The new collection takes us into nature, around the campfire, and to places full of imagination. The overall feeling: colorful fabrics and cuts that uplift the mood and spread pure joy of life.
